Die Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) ist für die zuständige Finanzregulierung in Luxemburg . ^[1] Die CSSF ist für die Aufsicht über Kreditinstitute, Experten im Finanzsektor, Investmentgesellschaften, Pensionsfonds, geregelte Wertpapiermärkte und deren Betreiber, multilaterale Handelseinrichtungen und Zahlungsinstitute zuständig. Die CSSF ist die zuständige Behörde für die Aufsicht über die öffentlichen Wirtschaftsprüfer.

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the websites www.unioncorp.co.uk, www.uil-london.co.uk and https://account.unioncorp.co.uk/auth/register where an entity offers investment services under the name “Union Investment Luxembourg” and pretends to be established at 3, Heienhaff, L-1736 Senningerberg.

The CSSF informs the public that these websites impersonate the company governed by Luxembourg law Union Investment Luxembourg S.A which is duly authorised in Luxembourg as alternative investment fund manager in accordance with the Law of 12 July 2013 on alternative investment fund managers and as management company under Chapter 15 of the Law of 17 December 2010 relating to undertakings for collective investment and has no link with the websites referred to in this warning.
